Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive notification when your order has shipped. 

Over the last 18 months there have been some delays due to Covid, please bare with us on this as it is out of our control.

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

All packages will be shipped with basic customs information such as; HS codes, VAT numbers, and properly labeled contents. Unfortunately, Exotic seed emporium is unable to provide phytosanitary certificates for orders at this time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know local laws regarding the import of plants, seeds, and plant products into their country. It is also up to the buyer to provide any other customs forms or information required to import plants into their country. If packages get stopped by customs, Exotic seed emporium will not be able to provide a refund for the purchase. Most of the time packages make it to their destinations just fine, this is for the small minority of packages that get stopped without having all the proper customs information required by the country of import. Purchase at your own discretion. 

We offer international shipping to all countries worldwide, some countries may have restrictions, it is your responsibility to make sure your order complies with these. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will depend on the options you have selected.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The exotic seed emporium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, if you have purchased this option. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at exoticseedemporium@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 40 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at exoticseedemporuim@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
