OUR RETURN POLICY
Returns
Items cannot be returned without authorization from us first. Since plants and tree's are perishable, once a seed has been removed from its original packaging, or has been planted, it cannot be returned to us.
Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us where we will then inspect the item on arrival making sure it is in the same condition as it was when we sent it. Also all item(s) have to be in their original packaging and unopened.
You can request a return anytime up to 60 days from when you made your purchase.
We advise that a tracked postal method is used when returning any item(s)
If a item is damaged
If any part of your order is damaged please contact us online via our webform, live chat or email us at info@exoticseedemporium.com with details of the damage in as much detail as possible where we will be able to review the return based on the details you have given us. We may ask for more details and will email you to ask for them if needed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Melanie Evans, 8 Hristo Botev, Palamartsa, 7850 Targovishte, Bulgaria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
