Large white Bauhinia seeds

Large bush or small tree. Leaves in a characteristic hoof-shape, 2-lobed for more than half the length, normally 7-veined from the base. Flowers in large, showy terminal clusters; petals snow-white, long narrow and usually wrinkled. Stamens and style reddish, long exserted. Pods flattened and woody, splitting explosively when ripe

For sowing,  swell in water and place in a plastic pot. 

Spread some seeds on the peat pot and cover thinly with the sowing substrate (about 2 mm).

Then put the plastic pot in a zip-lock bag - with a pot size of 6 cm we recommend a zip-lock bag of the size 120 x 170 mm. Put enough tap water in the zip-lock bag with a few drops of universal fertilizer so that a few millimeters of water remain after the substrate has been absorbed.

Location: on the windowsill or in a miniature greenhouse partially shaded, during the day the temperatures should be around 24 - 28 C, at night slightly lower at 20 - 24 C.
