arabica coffee seeds
Coffea arabica, Arabica coffee, is the best known and most widely distributed coffee tree in the world. This species originates from the highlands of Ethiopia, but is now grown worldwide. Coffea arabica is set with about 5 cm long, dark green, slightly wavy, shiny leaves. The flowers are white and appear very numerous. The red fruits appear after about 8 months and contain 2 seeds, which we know in roasted form as coffee beans
For sowing, swell in water and place in a plastic pot.
Spread some seeds on the peat pot and cover thinly with the sowing substrate (about 2 mm).
Then put the plastic pot in a zip-lock bag - with a pot size of 6 cm we recommend a zip-lock bag of the size 120 x 170 mm. Put enough tap water in the zip-lock bag with a few drops of universal fertilizer so that a few millimeters of water remain after the substrate has been absorbed.
Location: on the windowsill or in a miniature greenhouse partially shaded, during the day the temperatures should be around 24 - 28 C, at night slightly lower at 20 - 24 C.
price is for 10 seeds
